The planned headquarters the United Negro College Fund (UNCF).
The 7th & S, Shaw/Howard Metro Project will be a 300,000 square foot mixed-use project developed by Ellis and Four Points, LLC. Ellis and Four Points seek to capitalize on the unique qualities of the Shaw/Ledroit Park Historic District on the 7th Street corridor. The basic concept of the Metro Project will include a mix of commercial uses intended to create a vibrant activity center and enhance the development between Upper Ledroit Park/Shaw and Lower Shaw.

 Located on top of the Metro green line at 7th and S Street, the project provides convenient access to and from several Washington landmarks, such as Howard University, The Howard Theater, and the New Washington Convention Center.
 
The project will feature:
• 100,000 square feet of office space for the UNCF
• Ground floor retail for the UNCF College of Knowledge learning center
• Large Jumbotron with Howard Theatre advertising and UNCF marketing
• Approximately 330 spaces for underground parking
• 22,000 square feet of commercial retail space
• 204 mixed-income for-sale condominium housing units with excellent views of the city and surrounding neighborhoods
